Services performed by Nick's Trix Custom Fabrication:
- Complete under side pressure wash cleaning. Tub received complete seam seal, anti rust treatment/neutralizer and heavy undercoat treatment.
- Chassis & running gear were degreased, pressure washed, and painted Gloss black.
- Rear axle housing received new axle seals, wheel cyclinders, and brake shoes.
- Front axle housing received new brake pads, hub service, ball joint inspection and lube job.
- Transfer Case was removed, cleaned, new seals installed & painted.
- New waterpump, thermostat and all new Gates cooling hoses installed.
- Transmission conversion required removing 3 speed manual and all required parts.
- A completely rebuilt C4 automatic transmission built with heavy duty parts and shift kit was installed.
- Body was realigned to properly align doors.
- Body was disassembled to facilitate complete color change of owners choice. Motorsports Image of Mooresville, NC performed the task of sanding the old paint off and refinshing to new color.
- Doors where serviced. This included: complete cleaning, resealing, inner undercoat, vent windows received new pivots, all parts and pieces where cleaned, serviced, glass beaded blasted if needed and refinished before reassembly.
- Door hinges where all rebuilt using self oiling bronze bushings and machined to accept new pin hardware.
- New outer chrome door handles where installed along with new seals.
- New weather strips where installed on all doors.
- An auxiliary trans cooler installed with Earl's stainless steel braided line and AN fittings.
- Ron Davis aluminum radiator with custom Nickstrix one off aluminum shroud housing a 16" Spal slim line electric radiator cooling fan with theromostatic switch.
- Steering colum was converted from a manual style to a new tilt style for automatic transmission, along with stainless steel column accessories.
- Custom machined bushings used to work with factory ford shift linkages and kickdown rod.
- Flaming River tilt auto column, telescoping steering shaft and heavy duty U-joints were installed.
- Nickstrix billet steering column dash bezel installed
- A LaCarrera polishe billet Steering wheel and adaptor installed.
- Custom hand fabricated dash board was built. New bezel markers where used where applicable. New ignition swith assembly installed.
- Ford wiper delay box installed along with wiper motor drop bracket and custom blade arms installed
- Custom designed air conditioning system using Vintage Air parts. These include Super Cooler II evaporator unit, billet ball valve vents, polished indash control unit.
- New Sanden A/C compressor installed using Vintage Air bracketry along with condensor, dryer and hose kit.
- Custom chromed pieces where used on the interior including guage cluster bezel.
- Custom hand fabricated glove box was made to work with a/c set up.
- Wiring harness was reworked to facilitate moving of factory Guage cluster to center of dash from left side.
- Sub system wiring looms where constructed to support wiring of A/C, stereo, aux lighting, headlight conversion& theremostatic electric fan.
- Bosch H-4 Euro Headlights installed with high output bulbs.
- KC Daylighter Aux front lights installed on front bumper.
- Cross Enterprises bumpers installed front & rear with swing away tire carrier on rear
- James Duff EnterprisesExtended Radius Arms installed.
- American Racing Teflon Diamond Back wheels with 33" BFG A/T tires installed. New lug nuts used.
- Beard/RedArt custom seats installed front and rear using RedArt sliding front mounts.
- New 3 pt. seat belts installed for front seats.
- New 2 pt. seat belts used in rear.
- Complete Off Road Enterprises custom/modified family roll cage kit installed. All TIG welded together.
- Custom Nickstrix Rocker Steps designed, fabricated and installed.
- Linex sprayed interior bed liner was recoated with Endura Gloss UV protectant sealer.
- Tuffy center console installed housing lockable Pioneer stereo headunit with integrated XM and ipod controls. -All stereo wiring run under chassis for consealment in heat shrink covered loom
- JBL speakers installed in dash board backed with XTC foam backers.
- Kickerbox speakers installed in rear on custom mounts to roll bars.
- Todd Z under hood storage box installed in place of factory fresh air vent.
- One off LED map light installed on wiper drop bracket..
- Interior steel door panels prepped and repainted with Satin Black to match other interior items.
- New Alum Bronco Script logo valve covers installed.
- Moroso Blue Max 8 mm plug wires with heat sleeving installed.
- New chrome air cleaner installed.
- Rework Holley carburator for better mileage and function.
- Change rear main oil seal and pan gasket.
- New paint job was color sanded and buffed before full detail.
